What is Zojo?

Zojo is an AI-powered sales coaching and quality assurance platform built for high-volume, regulated sales teams. It integrates with your VoIP system and CRM to capture and analyse 100% of sales calls from both a performance and compliance perspective.

The goal is to help sales reps close more deals, improve deal quality and retention, and consistently meet your organisation's compliance standards.

Who is it for?

Zojo is designed for sales reps who regularly engage with customers over the phone. It also supports sales leaders by providing clear visibility into team performance, and enables compliance teams to monitor and maintain quality standards. In addition, Zojo can be used by other functions such as account management, retention and customer success teams.

Every user has a unique login, with data and configurations customised to their role.

How long does setup take?

Around 2 weeks from kick-off to go-live, with 4 weeks of hands-on support after that. We walk you through configuring your scorecard, ingesting from your VoIP (Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, 8x8 or S3), and tuning the rubric to your products and compliance needs. No setup fees.

Is it customisable to our sales process?

Yes, fully. Skills, weights, scripts, compliance checkpoints and product knowledge are all configured to your business. The example skills shown on this page are illustrative; the actual set is yours to define.

What about data, security and compliance?

UK GDPR registered (ICO C1844310). EU-hosted, EU-processed, call audio, transcripts and AI analysis stay within the EEA. Zero-data-retention contracts with our AI providers, your data never trains models. SOC 2 Type I targeted within nine months of launch; ISO 27001 to follow.

Which integrations are supported?

VoIP: Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, 8x8, plus S3 / cloud-bucket sync. CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive. SSO: SAML, OIDC. More on request, we move fast.
